APPROACH
An initial questionnaire sent to hundreds of wayForward users led to in-depth interviews with nearly a dozen participants. The personas and design principles developed from this research informed the subsequent restructuring of the registration flow; the creation of an onboarding experience that succinctly communicated wayForward’s value proposition through a fun and inspiring narrative; and the sketching, wireframing, and prototyping of a dashboard to welcome new users and re-engage returning users.
