For the redesign of NBCUniversal.com, I led a team at Code and Theory composed of two UX designers, a creative strategist, and a visual designer. We worked closely with NBC's Internal Marketing team to understand their diverse user segments (Job Seekers, the Press, Consumers, Investors) and gather requirements from an extended group of stakeholders across Marketing, Human Resources, and Corporate Social Responsibility. The responsive site we delivered increased findability through a simplified taxonomy, automated CMS publishing workflows to minimize the editorial burden, and conveyed NBC's rich brand history through an interactive timeline.
